A good condition Imperial Russian silver cigarette case, of rectangular form with turquoise cabochon button and later engraved post Revolution industrial scene (Pre 1908 84 zolotniks marks).

This was purchased from a reputable and very long established auction house (more than 140 years) who tell us it was made by Vladimir Morozov.
We are not experts on this kind of item and cannot quite tell from the marks ourselves so do please make up your own mind.
We have combined two photos taken of the marks on the item. Both marks are on each half of the case.

In very good working condition. The hinge is very good with a strong opening spring and the top closes securely.
Should you wish to use it for the purpose it was made for new internal straps are available on Ebay and Etsy etc.
