1. Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in good, saleable condition. The cost and risk of return are the customer’s responsibility; please arrange postage with tracking. Returns sent by untracked or non-postal methods will not be accepted or refunded. You may request a refund, exchange, or a credit note.
Returns Authorisation (RMA)
Obtain a Returns Authorisation from us before returning any item. We’ll provide an RMA number which must be displayed clearly on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. We will inspect returned items and, if they are in the same condition as supplied, issue any refund within 10 days.
Business Purchasers
Returns from business purchasers will only be accepted by prior mutual agreement.
2. Payment
We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely by PayPal Card Processing Service. We do not take card details over the phone, and Amiska does not see or store card details at any time.
3. Order Acceptance
We will email confirmation of acceptance within 24 hours. No contract exists until that confirmation is sent. If a pricing error or supply issue occurs, we will contact you to confirm any changes before proceeding.
4. Delivery Times
After acceptance, goods will be normally be dispatched within 48 hours but please allow up to 10 days at times of holidays and high demand such as Christmas.
5. Payment Before Dispatch
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
6. Ownership
All goods remain the property of Amiska until paid for in full.
7. Delivery Address
We will normally ship only to the cardholder’s billing address for security unless otherwise agreed in advance.
8. Exchanges for Non-Faulty Items
If exchanging by choice (non-faulty), you are responsible for all carriage and packing costs (typically return + re-delivery).
9. Colour Representation
We aim to represent item colours accurately. Due to production and photography variations, returns for colour alone are only accepted if we have clearly misrepresented the item.
10. Delivery & Collections
All items will be delivered; collection from our premises is not possible. If mistakes or losses occur we will usually replace or refund the order, except where an incorrect address was provided or the item was delivered and not retrieved from a neighbour or post office etc within a reasonable time.
11. Agreement
By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
12. Governing Law
English law governs all transactions.
13. Damaged Items
Notify us by email immediately if an item arrives damaged. Claims will not be considered after 48 hours from delivery.
