A beautiful Edwardian 9 Carat Gold Openwork Pendant And Chain Complete With Faux Amethysts And Seed Pearls And Original Display Box. Circa 1905.
Lovely condition to all aspects of this pleasing piece of Edwardian jewellery.
The chain is approximately 49.5cm (19.5 inch) in total length (marked “9C” for 9 carat and tests as 9 carat). The chain also bears the mark “AC”
The lovely pendant is 4.7cm (1.85 inch) total length approx and 2.7 cm (1.1 inch) width approx and is marked 9 CT (and tests as 9 carat)
The makers mark appears to be CY&Co
Total weight of necklace and pendant combined is approx 5.7 grams.
The display box bears the name Hughes & Son of Llangollen & Wrexham.
