As standard, this amazing ring will arrive in a new box, with a bag, pouch and small polishing cloth. Please see photo.
It can also arrive in a plain box with no paperwork at all other than a return address (no business name) that the couriers insist on should you prefer the recipient not to know where it came from. Please let us know if that is the case otherwise it will arrive with everything previously mentioned.

If you have purchased a ring that does not fit you we would recommend taking it to a reputable jeweller. Resizing is always best done when an experienced jeweller and the customer can have a face to face meeting, so that the jeweller may complete a professional ring fitting.
Sadly, we are unable to take take return of a ring that you have had resized.

We give our items a sanitise and a polish but not a “back to new” clean. Many of our clients prefer it this way which is why we do it this way.
It takes minutes to clean 100 years of patina off when you receive the item but another 100 years to put it back on again.

Please note: If delivery is to be outside of the UK you are responsible for any tax or duty payable to your country’s government. The exception being the USA where this item will be sent with President Trumps import tariff already paid.
