Here we have an early 20th century 9ct gold locket fitted to a possibly later chain.
Both tested as 9ct gold. The pendant carries full hallmarks for Chester and the year 1910.
The chain tests as 9ct and we can just about make out the Birmingham “anchor” but the rest is too worn to be readable.
The pendant has a couple of knocks but this only adds to it’s story. It is lovely.
Pendant weight: approx 1.7 grams. Pendant diameter approx .75inch (1.9cm)
Chain weight is just under 1 gram at approx 0.9 gram. Chain length: 18inch (46cm)
A pretty necklace!

Please see info at checkout. We also do Layaway. Please click link on top menu for details.
We have to take photographs very close up so we can show detail which can make items look much larger than they are so please do view the photo with the UK £1 and US Quarter to get an idea of size. Such close up photos also do amplify any marks or dings that will barely (or not at all) notice when in use.
